Vision
The graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in Biology is a professional with a solid scientific background, with the ability to conduct research, dissemination, participate in the teaching of biological phenomena from cellular to ecosystemic level, contribute to the design and operation of plans, programs and projects for the management, conservation, management and administration of natural resources, cultivation and propagation of organisms, separation and purification of biological products. Professionally and ethically assuming the criteria of competitiveness, respect for diversity and commitment to society.
General Objective
To train professionals with a high academic level capable of recognizing and classifying the different biological resources, generating, transmitting and interpreting the processes that take place between organisms, their environment and society, as well as contributing to the solution of biological problems of various kinds in the areas of competence of biology (health, food, biodiversity and environment), with a proactive, innovative, ethical and social sense.
