Graduation profile:
The knowledge promoted in the graduate psychologist of Centro Universitario de la Costa is based on the philosophical, epistemological, methodological and technical bases of psychological theories, through which it is possible to intervene in the various psychosocial problems of the local, regional, national and international level; always with ethical sense.
The abilities that the psychologist develops are emphasized by his communicative capacity based on critical and argumentative thinking, for the interpretation of subjective and intersubjective processes, in the understanding of cases, situations and specific contexts, both individually and collectively.
Among the specific skills developed is the ability to apply strategies to manage, promote and intervene in the formulation of psychosocial projects and programs for mental health, evaluation of health-disease processes, neuropsychological, environmental, sustainable rural-urban development, in critical and emergency situations.
