The Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts for Photographic Expression or for Plastic Expression began its activities at the Centro Universitario de la Costa, in August 2013 with the intention of training creative and innovative visual artists in the coastal region, which enable the strengthening of the production of visual arts and in turn the professionalization of the creative.
