Objetive
Promote the comprehensive training of students through the articulation of tutorial action systematically at the Centro Universitario de la Costa, to improve retention, use and terminal efficiency indicators.
Particulars Objetives
- Accompany the entry, trajectory and exit processes of students
Provide disciplinary advice by goal with the intention of preventing and reducing academically underperforming
Detection of needs and channeling of students who require support services that address social, psychological, health and educational aspects that impact the improvement of their academic performance and contribute to their comprehensive training
Promote self-managed and participatory learning, the development of critical thinking, through knowledge of learning strategies and study habits
Support the student in the knowledge and development of their abilities, interests, motivations and values in their academic and social situation
Guide the student in making decisions related to their school career, specialization, incorporation into an international environment and their professional insertion
Articulate the efforts of departments, career coordination, support services and other agencies around tutoring
Tutoring systematization
Carry out educational research that contributes to the scientific, humanistic and technological development of tutoring
Contribute with actions aimed at reducing failure and desertion, which favors the increase in terminal efficiency
