In accordance with the Reglamento General de Evaluación y Promoción de Alumnos de la Universidad de Guadalajara, it establishes the following:

Article 49. The student may request in writing and in a justified manner, the review of the result of his evaluation or an exam to the Head of the Department in charge of the subject in question, or to the School Director at the middle level. superior, when he considers that an error has been made in his qualification. Said review must be requested within three business days following the date on which the results of the evaluation or exam have been published or notified.

Article 50. The head of the Department in the University Centers and the director of the School in the Higher Secondary Education System, will request the professor responsible for the subject in question to send him the results of the test within a period of two business days. the corresponding evaluation or exam, as well as the criteria used to qualify.

Article 51. The head of the Department at the higher level will designate three professors from the respective Academy or one related to it, to review the corresponding file, who within a period of no more than two days will resolve what is appropriate; resolution that will be final and unappealable and will be sent duly signed by the academics to the head of the Department and the Career Coordination.


Article 52. The Head of the Department in the University Centers and the School Secretary in the Higher Secondary Education System, must notify the student of the result of the review of their evaluation or exam within a period of no more than two business days after the resolution date.
