Certification Process
As of January 4, 2024, the title process includes a single payment that includes the Title Deed and the registration and issuance of the Title.
The requirements to obtain the Bachelor's Degree in Administration are the following:
- To have passed 100% of the credits in the manner established in the Study Plan (to have EGRESSADO or PASANTE status in your Kardex).
- Satisfactorily comply with any of the degree modalities established in the current regulations.
- Any others established by the applicable University Regulations.
FIRST PHASE: THE CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFICATION
1. The first thing you must do is to meet the following requirements that you must send to administracion@cuc.udg.mx to be validated by your Career Coordination:
DEGREE APPLICATION (download it here)
CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL OF THE CHOSEN DEGREE MODALITY
Graduation by grade point average and academic excellence (your Coordination will verify it in SIIAU).
Global-Theoretical Exam (Diploma) (attach diploma and certificate with overall grade)
General Professional Certification Examination (EGEL-CENEVAL) (attach proof of satisfactory or outstanding testimony of the EGEL and summary of scores obtained).
Research Seminar (if a book chapter was published, attach front cover, back cover, legal page, table of contents and complete chapter; if a scientific article was published in a journal with ISSN, attach it).
Thesis, undergraduate dissertations and reports (contact your Career Coordination Office to know the procedure).
FILL OUT THE ALUMNI SURVEY
NO ECONOMIC DUE ON YOUR PAYMENT ORDER (your Race Coordination will verify it in the system when they receive your mail).
NO BOOK DEBTS IN LIBRARY (your Career Coordination will verify it in the system when they receive your mail).
CONSTANCE OF RELEASE FROM SOCIAL SERVICE (if available).
2. As soon as we have your complete file, the Career Coordination will issue the authorization by official letter, sending it to you by e-mail.
3. Once you receive the authorization in writing, you can start your degree process through the following web page: https://titulacion.udg.mx/ and follow the steps that it indicates.
Please complete step 3 (application registration) and 4 (upload your documents), then review the following documents that you will need to upload and submit at the school control window.
All documents must be uploaded using Mozilla or Chrome browser, in JPEG or PDF format, with short file names and no special characters and the size indicated by the platform.

Kardex (enter SIIAU, select the Kardex and save as PDF to upload it to the process.
3 title size photos (RECENT, studio, on semi-matte photographic paper for die-cutting, black and white, rectangular, unframed, with white background. They should be 9 cm. high x 6 cm. wide, front view, without fading, the face should measure 3.5 cm. from the chin to the tip of the hair. Men must wear a black or dark jacket and tie. Women should wear a plain colored blouse and black or dark jacket).
6 self-adhesive credential photos (RECENT, studio, on semi-matte photographic paper for die-cutting, black and white, rectangular, unframed, with white background. They should be 3.5 cm wide by 5 cm high, front view, without fading. Men must wear a black or dark jacket and tie. Women should wear a plain colored blouse and black or dark jacket).
Proof of completion of social service (if you do not upload and submit it you will only be able to obtain your certificate, once you upload and submit it you will be able to obtain your degree).
Certificate of previous studies**.
**Certificate of previous studies
-Graduates of Incorporated Schools and General Baccalaureate of the Universidad de Guadalajara (de enero de 1996 hacia adelante), will submit the original of the preceding certificate of studies.
-In the case of a previous UdeG high school transcript that contains accredited subjects, a copy of the accreditation report and a copy of the partial transcript of those subjects is required.
-In the case that the previous studies are not from the Universidad de Guadalajara, or in the case of UdeG Unitary Baccalaureate, a validation of the authenticity of the previous certificate of studies is required.
- If at the time of your admission you submitted your original high school or baccalaureate certificate, as applicable, it will be the university from which you graduate who will add this document to your transcript.
4. After completing steps 3 and 4, and once you have submitted your completed paperwork at the Control Escolar, your Career Coordination Office will prepare the Degree Certificate and will contact you to sign and pick it up.
SECOND STAGE: THE CERTIFICATE
Remember that the cost of the degree process includes both the issuance of theCertificate and the registration and issuance of the degree.
Therefore, once you have obtained your Certificate of Graduation and your Certificate of Release from Social Service at the Unidad de Servicio Social, your status will change to Graduate and you will be able to receive your Degree as soon as possible at the window Egresados of the Coordinación de Control Escolar, once you have uploaded your release to the system.
If you have a Certificate of Graduation, but you do not have your Certificate of Release from Social Service, your status will change to Graduate Without Social Service and you will not be able to access the issuance of your Degree until you process it and upload it to your degree process in the page where you made your application.

Once you have completed steps 3 and 4, and once you have submitted your complete application at the School Control window, we will proceed to the elaboration of the Title, both in electronic and physical format.
