DEGREE PROCESSING

As of January 4, 2024, the degree process includes a single payment that includes the Certificate of Graduation and the registration-issuance of the Degree.

The requirements to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting are as follows:

   - To have passed 100% of the credits in the manner established in the Study Plan (to have the status of EGRESSADO or PASANTE in your Kardex).

   - Satisfactorily comply with any of the degree modalities established in the current regulations.

   - Any other requirements established by the applicable University Regulations.

STEP 1: THE DEGREE CERTIFICATE

  1. The first thing you must do is to gather the requirements that you must submit to your Career Coordination, which you will send to the following e-mail addresses: iris.camba@cuc.udg.mx and aida@cuc.udg.mx, they are the following:

   - APPLICATION FOR DEGREE (request it to your coordination).

      CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL OF THE CHOSEN DEGREE MODALITY

   a) Graduation by average and academic excellence (your Coordination will verify it in SIIAU).

   b) Global-Theoretical/Diploma Exam (Attach diploma and certificate with overall grade).

   c) General Professional Certification Exam (EGEL-CENEVAL) (attach a certificate of satisfactory or outstanding testimony of the EGEL and summary of scores obtained).

   d) Research Seminar (if a book chapter was published, attach front cover, back cover, legal page, table of contents and complete chapter; if a scientific article was published in a journal with ISSN, attach it).

    e) Thesis, dissertations and reports (contact your Career Coordination Office to know the procedure).

  • NO ECONOMIC DEBTS IN YOUR PAYMENT ORDER (your Career Coordination will verify it in the system).
  • NO DEBT FOR BOOKS IN LIBRARY (your Career Coordination will verify it in the system).
  • SOCIAL SERVICE RELEASE (if you have it).
     
  1. Complete file, the Career Coordination will issue the authorization by official letter, sending it to you by e-mail.
  2. Once you receive the written authorization, you can start your degree process through the following web page: https://titulacion.udg.mx/ and follow the steps that it indicates.
  3. Once you have completed step 3, your Career Coordination will prepare the Certificate of Graduation and will contact you to sign it and pick it up.

STEP 2: THE DEGREE

Remember that the cost of the degree process includes both the issuance of the Acta de Titulación and the registration and issuance of the degree. 

Therefore, once you have obtained your Certificate of Graduation and your Certificate of Release from Social Service at the Social Service Unit, your status will change to Graduate and you will be able to receive your Degree as soon as possible at the Graduate Office of the School Control Coordination.

If you have a Certificate of Graduation, but you do not have your Social Service Release Certificate, your status will change to Graduate Without Social Service and you will not be able to receive your Degree until you process it.
