General Regulations for Evaluation and Promotion of Students

     Article 53. Students may justify their lack of attendance to classes for any of the following reasons:

I. By sickness (with proof of having attended the IMSS);

II. For compliance with a commission conferred by university authority, with the knowledge of the Career Coordinator.

III. Due to justified force majeure that prevents the student from attending, in the opinion of the Career Coordinator.

The maximum number of absences from class that can be justified for a student will not exceed 20% of the total hours established in the subject program.

Article 54. The student must justify the lack of attendance with the appropriate document, to the Career Coordinator at the University Centers, within five business days following the date on which they have been able to resume their studies.
