The Degree in Visual Arts for Photographic Expression or for Plastic Expression begins its activities at the University Center of the Coast, in August 2013 with the intention of forming creative and innovative visual artists in the coastal region, which enable the strengthening of the production of the visual arts and in turn the professionalization of the creative.
